Within the framework of the BSB 1104 „Dialogue for Innovation and Better Governance“ (DIALOGUE) project, applications are now open for the BG-33 region capacity-building training „Project Management “.

Duration: 28 academic hours

Training Topics

Participants will explore:


  • Project lifecycle and phases;
  • Project organization: team, partnership and plans;
  • Effective project management strategies, incl. for managing the time, resources and finances.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting;
  • Sustainability and Impact of Projects.

Who Can Apply

Applicants should be members of the DIALOGUE Innovation Platform.

The training is intended for representatives of:


  • public institutions and administrations;
  • civil society organizations (CSOs) and NGOs;
  • educational, cultural, and community organizations.

It is particularly suitable for communication, coordination, administrative, and outreach staff.

Interested participants should submit their application by 23:59h on 24 June 2026 (extended deadline). Participants will be selected based on their relevance of professional profile and motivation, and expected impact.
