DIALOGUE – Dialogue for Innovation and Better Governance is a 15-month international cooperation project supported by the European Union through the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021–2027.
The total project budget is €535,609.50, and 90% of the funding (€482,048.55) is provided by the Interreg programme.
The project focuses on a common challenge in the Black Sea Basin region. The region has strong innovation potential, but cooperation between institutions is still limited. Many organizations work separately, and collaboration across sectors and countries is not always strong.
DIALOGUE aims to change this. The project brings people, institutions, and ideas together to create a more connected and collaborative innovation ecosystem in the region.

Our mission is to strengthen cooperation and improve institutional capacity across the region.
Through the project, we support closer collaboration between organizations that are part of the regional innovation ecosystem.
Our work focuses on:
By creating more opportunities for cooperation and knowledge exchange, DIALOGUE helps organizations work together more effectively and make better use of the region’s innovation potential.
The project is led by the Çorlu Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Türkiye.
The project partners include:
Together, these organizations represent public institutions, academia, business support organizations, and civil society.
The project follows the Quadruple Helix Model, which brings these four sectors together to support innovation and sustainable regional development.
One of the main results of the project is DialogueInnoHub, a transnational platform for communication and knowledge sharing.
The platform will:
DialogueInnoHub will help organizations across the region connect, learn from each other, and work together more effectively.
DIALOGUE also contributes to important European policy priorities, including:
We believe cooperation should be continuous and structured, not occasional.
DIALOGUE promotes long-term partnerships, stronger institutions, and a more connected innovation ecosystem across the Black Sea region.
Together, we aim to support a more innovative, cooperative, and resilient future for the region.
