Under the DIALOGUE project, three parallel local needs analyses have been completed in Türkiye (TR21 Trakya), Bulgaria (BG33), and Romania (South-East RO22). Built on a shared methodology of desk research, face-to-face interviews, and local workshops, these analyses map out the strengths, gaps, and cross-border cooperation opportunities within each region's innovation ecosystem.

Türkiye Report: The dual industrial-agricultural economy of the TR21 Trakya Region (Tekirdağ, Edirne, Kırklareli), findings from 18 institutional field visits and two local workshops, and seven priority areas for cross-border cooperation.
Bulgaria Report: The innovation ecosystem of the BG33 Region as revealed through interviews and a focus group discussion, key stakeholder needs, and cooperation potential.
Romania Report: Findings from interviews and the local workshop held in Galati for the South-East (RO22) Region, assessed through the quadruple-helix lens (public sector, academia, private sector, civil society).
