Within the framework of the BSB 1104 „Dialogue for Innovation and Better Governance“ (DIALOGUE) project, applications are now open for the first BG-33 region capacity-building training „Use of Digital Tools and Communication Applications“.

Training Topics

Participants will explore:


  • Impact of digital transformation to public institutions and civil society organizations, and digital culture;
  • Communication strategies and community engagement;
  • Digital content creation and online facilitation;
  • AI tools, automation, and secure digital communication.

Who Can Apply

Applicants should be members of the DIALOGUE Innovation Platform.
The training is intended for representatives of:


  • public institutions and administrations;
  • civil society organizations (CSOs) and NGOs;
  • educational, cultural, and community organizations.

It is particularly suitable for communication, coordination, administrative, and outreach staff.

How To Apply

Interested participants should submit their application by 23:59h on 25 May 2026. Participants will be selected based on their relevance of professional profile and motivation, and expected impact.
